InuYasha the Movie: Affections Touching Across Time

Inuyasha: Affections Touching Across Time is a 2001 anime film directed by Toshiya Shinohara and is the first film in the Inuyasha series. The film follows the resurrection of a moth yokai named Menomaru who seeks revenge against Inuyasha for his father's defeat at the hand of Inuyasha's father.

Story comes at a slow pace but it does have some really cool action. It does pack a more emotional punch between Inuyasha and Kagome. The villain, Menomaru, was alright but hardly memorable.Liked the henchmen, Ruri and Hari, and enjoyed their fights with Miroku, Sango, and Kirara.

The voice acting was pretty good.Richard Ian Cox kills it as the voice actor of Inuyasha.

Liked the story but thought more could've been done for Sesshomaru/Inuyasha bond because the villain is connected with their father.

I really liked the film, thought the action was cool. The story got a bit slow but it was cool.
